Come run/walk/bike/roller blade along our 1K,2K,5K,10K routes.  Make this a fun day with family, colleagues and friends.  The course is dog friendly. 

Enjoy the music, savour the barbecue and participate in a very worthwhile cause.  We encourage you to bring the whole family.
